Masters

SOLO Masters

Solo provides a Masters Swimming program with organized workouts for adults 18 and over. The program is open to all adult swimmers who are dedicated to improving their fitness through swimming. Swimmers determine length of workout and are given instruction during the training session.

Workouts are Tues and Thursday from 6-8 and Saturday from 12-2 pm (or when Swim team practice is held - see Calendar for changes in October) at Menlo Atherton High School. Participants can buy vouchers at $8 each per work out or chose a monthly payment of $50.
